Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RumiOne mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RumiOne for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
AI-Generated Content
RumiOne uses AI technology (Google Gemini) enhanced with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create responses inspired by Rumi's complete works. This creates a unique conversational experience that reflects Rumi's poetry and wisdom.
Important: All responses are AI-generated and may contain errors, misinterpretations, or fictional elements. These responses are for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- • AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, etc.)
- • Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate
- • You should not rely on AI responses for critical life decisions
- • If experiencing crisis, distress, or emergency, contact qualified professionals or emergency services immediately
Intellectual Property Rights
The original works of Rumi are in the public domain. However, specific translations, interpretations, and the RumiOne application itself are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- • Copy, modify, or distribute the application code or design
- • Use content for commercial purposes without permission
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Disclaimer of Warranties
RumiOne is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that:
- • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- • Defects will be corrected
- • Content is accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RumiOne, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Governing Law
